Talley leads the Business Strategy Team at Rhudy & Co. where she focuses on strategic planning, change management, crisis communications, organizational culture and community relations.

Managing a client list made up of Fortune 500s and top-tier nonprofits, Talley has an entrepreneur’s heart and seeks out ways to delight clients and their stakeholders every day.
Talley received her master’s in Human and Community Development and her bachelor’s in psychology, with honors, from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Beginning in nonprofit child advocacy, Talley used her passion for community to build a 20 plus-year career in corporate community relations. In Talley’s most recent corporate role, she led Capital One’s grant-making and volunteer programs in Richmond for more than 10,000 associates.
Talley’s devotion to the community extends beyond work. She is the founder of Impact 100 Richmond, a collective-giving organization with more than 300 women investing funds for community transformation. Founded in 2009, Impact 100 has designated more than $1million in Richmond.
She presented a TEDxWomen talk in 2013 on the power of connection and was honored with NAWBO-Richmond’s Enterprising Women of Excellence, Community Leader Award. She is a graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond.
Talley and her husband, Dan, live in Hanover County with their three children and stay on the go with soccer, football and cross country meets.
