Erin Pray loves making others shine.

Whether she is behind a camera or a communications plan, her true passion is sharing other’s stories.

Meet Erin Pray, a communications enthusiast who brings a world of experience to Rhudy & Co. Before joining our team, Erin embarked on a transformative journey as an AmeriCorps VISTA with Empowered Women International, a D.C.-based nonprofit empowering immigrant, refugee and low-income women through business training.

Erin served as the Outreach and Communications Manager, amplifying the women's products in the market through social media campaigns, fundraising efforts and strategic community partnerships. Her creative touch was evident in a series of captivating campaign videos that not only showcased the products but also conveyed the women's inspiring stories.

During her time at Virginia Commonwealth University, Erin's passion for making a positive impact led her to study abroad in Guatemala. There, she collaborated with a Mayan women's weaving cooperative, developing a line of fair-trade T-shirts and handbags that merged cultural heritage with contemporary designs. Upon her return to the United States, she led a campaign to promote, import and showcase these exquisite handcrafted woven products on her campus.

Now at Rhudy & Co., Erin shines as the leader of our Video Practice. With a talent for discovering hidden stories, passions and interests, she loves bringing them to life through the lens. Her talents in storytelling, project management and client service ensure that each filming experience is a positive and rewarding journey, culminating in polished, professional and engaging videos.

Beyond her professional achievements, her true joy lies in spending time with her family. Alongside her husband, her favorite role is being mom to their two sons and daughter. On weekends you can often find them on hiking adventures and exploring their adopted hometown of RVA.
